Why Dr. Kobler Chose Chiropractic Care

Believe it or not, chiropractic care was not Dr. Jeremy D Kobler's first career choice. After 1 year as a pre-med student at the University of Kansas, he decided that psychiatry was not what he wanted to do with his life.

One day, Dr. Kobler's DC mentioned there was a college in Kansas City after he was experiencing some of his own back pain after several car accidents.

Once he visited Kansas City and the Cleveland Chiropractic College, he decided that this was the best career choice to truly help people with their pain. He enrolled at the Cleveland Chiropractic College to become a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine and he now proudly serves the Kansas City area and helps those manage their pain with his unique style of pain management.

Dr. Kobler's Knowledge and Experience

While in college, Dr. Kobler participated in various clubs involving sports, chiropractic medicine, and acupuncture. He learned acupuncture from nearly 300 hours of study under Dr. Richard Yennie.

Dr. Kobler has been in practice since January 2012, after graduating Cleveland Chiropractic College, now Cleveland University in 2011.

He has completed the ICPA’s, which is a  200-hour course and exam for pediatric and prenatal chiropractic. He also recently completed a series with many of the US Olympic Team doctors to become a CCSP (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician) specializing in sports medicine including concussion, rehab, pre-participatory physical exam and on-field care. He hopes to complete an internship with the US Olympic sports facility in Colorado among the many other Doctors of Chiropractic who work there with many other professions such as PT’s, MD’s and DO’s to provide the best care possible to our athletes.

Through school, Dr. Kobler had affiliations with the ACA, ICA, WCCS, KS Chiropractic Association, MO Chiropractic Association and many other clubs and committees. As a professional, he continues to participate in www.vaclib.org and other patient medical rights groups and is a current member of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Kobler also is a sponsor of local sports clubs such as NKCA baseball, Fountain City Roller Derby and other local schools in the area.

After graduating and with more than 7 years of practice under is belt, there is no doubt that chiropractic care was what Dr. Kobler was meant to do. He has continued to learn everything he can about numerous subjects from pediatrics and sports chiropractic medicine to vaccines and GMO foods.

And the learning never stops. Dr. Kobler says learning to care for people and informing yourself about the healthiest ways to live and what to avoid is a never-ending process in our world. "With all of the negative and dangerous things out there, I am happy to say that I can be a Doctor that people trust to turn to for their healthcare advice."
